Below is a 3D relief map of part of the Northern Highlands of Scotland. The location of Beechwood Lodge is shown by the red cross. You will see we are on the edge of a vast mountainous area to the northwest, west and southwest of us. To the northeast, east and southeast are the costal area's of the Dornoch Firth, Cromarty Firth and Moray Firth. So we offer a convenient base for exploring the whole of the northern highlands, whatever your interest.
To give you an idea of scale, this map covers an area approximately 90 miles wide by 70 miles from top to bottom.
